Course description
 
With the Summer arriving fast, most of us like the idea of cooking with plenty of fresh herbs, garlic and colourful vegetables. Well, Italian Cooking does just that!
 
We will cook brushettas, a luscious salad of Dressed Mixed Continental Leaves with Roasted Pepper and a great dressing made with lemon infused olive oil, Baked Mushrooms with Gorgonzola and a very delicious lasagne Verdi al Forno – with an easy to prepare yet unusual topping.
 
We will also make a traditional dessert of Genoese Apple Cake with Lemon Cream.
