We hear all sorts about Superfoods and new products come on the shelves all the time. How are we to make sense of it all? 

This course will guide you and will unveil clever ideas on how to use superfoods for breakfast, lunch and desserts. We will also be giving great recipes for juicing, sprouting seeds, etc. We will discuss de-toxing and ‘alkalising’, so that germs and bacteria have much less chance to have a hold on you.
