Would you like to chop ingredients like the professionals do and prepare food in a flash? Being able to chop like a chef will make you feel good, save you time and, let’s face it, look good in front of your friends!! 

On this day course we will practise chopping techniques and cook lovely dishes too! Dishes prepared include French Onion Soup with Cheesy Garlic Bread, a Savoury Patterned Pie, a Green Thai Curry, side dishes and a dessert.
