Let’s Cook Italian!

Most of us like the idea of cooking with plenty of fresh herbs, garlic and colourful vegetables; well, Italian Veg Cooking does just that! 

We will cook brushettas, a luscious salad of Dressed Mixed Continental Leaves with Roasted Pepper and a great dressing of lemon infused olive oil, Baked Mushrooms with Gorgonzola, a very delicious lasagne Verdi al Forno - with an easy to prepare yet unusual topping. 

We will also make a traditional dessert of Genoese Apple Cake with Lemon Cream.
