Would you like to chop ingredients like the professionals do, and prepare food in a flash? Being able to chop like a chef will make you feel good, save you time and, let’s face it, look good in front of your friends!! 

On this course we will practise chopping techniques and cook lovely dishes such as Creamy Leek and Celeriac Soup and a Savoury Plaited Pie.
