Christmas Cookery

The festive season is a time when we like to try new recipes that are foolproof. 

We shall cook a selection of alternative starters, main courses and desserts to the traditional Christmas Fayre. Truly impressive dishes such as a savoury Two-Tone Celebration Ring and Cashew and Almond Roule served with a Mushroom and Brandy Sauce will be demonstrated.
