Learn how to cook meals that are exciting to eat whilst not containing any dairy ingredients, and open up a whole variety of healthy and unusual options for your menus! 

We will also show you how you should plan your meals if you are not having dairy, i.e. where to get your calcium from. We will create some delicious meals suitable for yourself, your friends or your family.
