Come and have a gastronomic tour of the world with all its glorious vegetarian flavours, in just one day. 

We shall be making an Italian Starter, a Greek Dish, a Couscous piled high with vegetables, grilled accompaniments and spices, Indonesian-style Noodles and a French Dessert. 

All simple and delicious dishes, using the best ‘native’ ingredients.
