Come and familiarise yourself with new ingredients and recipes for the Summer and make the most tasty, fragrant and yet popular dishes! 

We shall be making a Delicious Roasted Aubergine Dip, A ‘Fresh Tasting’ Curd Cheese and Tomato Quiche, A Greek Spanakopitta, A Lemon Roulade and other tasty and snacks suitable for buffets or picnics.
